Right to Vote
- The fourth justifiable special Democratic Right should be known as Right to Vote.
- Any Person, Group, Institution can cast its vote for any proposed name for the post of Legislature, Ministry and Judiciary in a Justifiable Democratic Nation.
- Also, any Person, Group, Institution can cast its vote for any Law, Policies, Judgment in a Justifiable Democratic Nation.
- The concerned authorities like Election Commission and Standing Committee etc will be bound to accept the votes of the public.
- The Public will be empowered to elect and reject the propose names and also pass and reject the proposed/implemented Laws, Policies and Judgment.
- Other than Right to cast vote regarding the Governing Body and Governance system, the Public must be empowered with Veto Power regarding the Administration.
- The Veto Right will empower the Public to stop any administrative action which is found by the public unfit to its Justifiable Interest.
